Rates are subject to Sales tax of 5.5% and a 6 % resort fee. Personal Checks accepted, Venmo @Hilltop-Resort (lower kaubishine hilltop) & Square (Mastercard, Visa, Discover)
A $400.00 deposit is required for each cottage reservation. To avoid disappointment, please reserve early. Cancellation: Deposit is non refundable. If we find someone to fill in your week's cancellation, we will return your deposit.
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:30 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:00 AM or before
Please also confirm if you are bringing your own boat and do not want the row boat.
Boat - Row boat will be provided without a Motor or bring your own boat or motor.
- Dish and bathroom Towels - Bring your own.
- Linens - sheets/pillowcases will be provided.
- Paper products- we only supply 2-3 TP rolls. Toilet paper must be septic safe if you bring your own.
- Fire pit with wood
- Smores Sticks
